We do not collect, store, or process personal data on our own servers. Data created and used within the apps remains exclusively on your device.

3.2 Local Storage

The apps may store the following data locally on your device:

• Audio recordings

This data:

• is stored exclusively on your device,
• is not transmitted to us or to third parties, and
• can be deleted by you at any time.

Storage period: Data remains stored until you delete it or uninstall the app.

3.3 Device Permissions

The apps may request access to the following device features where required for app functionality:

• Camera
• Microphone
• Photo library

These permissions are used solely to provide app features such as capturing photos, recording audio, or selecting and saving images.

No data is transmitted to us or to third parties through the use of these permissions.

3.4 Processing by Apple

When you download the apps via the Apple App Store or make in-app purchases, Apple may process personal data independently, such as your Apple ID, payment information, and device-related information.

We have no influence over data processing carried out by Apple.

4. In-App Purchases

The apps may offer optional in-app purchases.

• All payments are processed exclusively by Apple.
• We do not receive or store payment information.

5. No Third-Party Analytics, Tracking, or Advertising

The apps do not use:

• analytics tools,
• tracking technologies,
• advertising services, or
• third-party services that process personal data on our behalf.

6. Children’s Privacy

The apps are not specifically directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children on our own servers.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
